The holiday home with private pool (can be heated to 27 º C for an extra charge) is located in an exclusive residential area, very quiet and ideal for families. The house is bright, modern, welcoming and spacious on two levels, on a plot of 400 m2.

The house is surrounded by a garden and the pool is on one side with an external shower. The terrace next to the pool is furnished. You can have lunch or dinner outside and also enjoy the sun on the deckchairs. There is always plenty of parking space in front of the house, but you also have space for 2 cars inside.

Puerto de la Cruz with its outlying areas is a popular holiday destination with holidaymakers. The north offers a blooming and green nature for the eye and the senses. Puerto de la Cruz also has a beautiful old town, promenade along the sea, good restaurants, nice shops and southern flair.

The mild climate provides the green surroundings. Despite tourist development, the town has managed to retain its own charm. In addition to many restaurants, bars and cafés, there are numerous Canarian-style buildings, beautiful parks, bathing areas and promenades. If you want to spend some quality time by the sea, you can visit the garden beach Playa Jardin or the beach Playa de Martiánez.

The house is surrounded by a garden with the pool and external shower. The terrace next to the pool is furnished. You can have lunch or dinner outside and also enjoy the sun on the deckchairs. There is always plenty of parking space in front of the house, but you also have space for 2 cars inside.

When you enter the front door you enter a large room. On the left side is a living room with sofa, satellite TV an DVD. There is also free Wifi. On the right side is a modern kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and many small appliances. The dining room seats up to 8 guests. Next to the living room is the first bathroom with shower. On this floor are also two of the 4 bedrooms. One with double bed the other with a sofa bed.  From both bedrooms you have direct access to the garden. Next to this bedroom is an en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the first level there are 2 further bedrooms. One with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a private terrace. From here you have a great view over the Orotava Valley and the mountains. The other bedroom, also with a double bed, also has its own bathroom. This is spectacular with 2 washbasins, bathtub, extra-large shower and plenty of natural light. And also a private terrace of 20 m² with spectacular views over the sea and the Teide.

Arrival between 15.00 - 21.00 hrs.
From 9.00 pm there is a charge of €35. From midnight € 50.

Check-out until 10.00 am. If we do not have a new arrival, you are welcome to stay longer.
