Property description
With its terraces and turrets, this house looks like a little castle. It is located on the north coast, between Puerto de la Cruz and Icod de los Vinos in the quiet village environment of Buen Paso. A small bar where you can also eat and a small supermarket are within walking distance (approx. 550 m).
The view from the large roof terrace is a fantastic panoramic view of the sea and Teide. On the inner terrace there is an outside kitchen with a barbecue and working area.
The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a large living area, which, due to the Italian sofa bed, can be used as another double bedroom if required. The furnishings are cosy and of high quality.
A cosy fireplace corner invites you to snuggle up on cooler evenings.
The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires: American fridge with ice-maker and water dispenser, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, various coffee machines and kettles.
There are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower at ground level. One of the bathrooms also has a bathtub. The other bathroom has a shower with a bench and is connected ensuite with a bedroom. Hairdryer and towels are provided.
On the roof terrace there is a sofa corner and a solar shower for cooling off. Modern garden furniture and loungers, awning and parasols make the terrace area a private chill-out area. Upholstered cushions for chairs and loungers are available. On the additional indoor terrace there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and working area.
About Buen Paso
Buen Paso is located on a headland in the northwest of the island of Tenerife and belongs to the municipality of Icod de los Vinos. Icod de los Vinos offers many bars and restaurants where you can enjoy typical local wine (vino), with tapas (small appetisers), fresh queso de cabra (goat cheese), papas y mojo (potatoes with mojo sauce), variously prepared conejo (rabbit) and freshly caught local fish. The tourist metropolis of Puerto de la Cruz, located in the north, about 15 km away, offers different activities in the direction of culture, sports, nightlife, Loro Parque, carnival and much more.

The bathrooms are new, one with bathtub and shower, the other has a shower with integrated bench. Both bathrooms have windows.
There is a main terrace over the entire back of the house, a terrace separate for the master bedroom, a garden with seating area and loungers and a huge roof terrace with a sofa corner as well as shower.
For cooler evenings, you will find a fireplace and TV corner in the living area, as well as a lounge with sofa and reading material.
There is also a private pool.

Five stars are not enough. The house is in top condition, equipped with high-quality inventory and tasteful decoration. Nothing is missing.
The landlords are impressive: they take loving care of their guests and their property; every wish is fulfilled immediately and help is always given.
We especially liked the many pictures and books that make everything so homely. Herbs fresh from the garden are of course a highlight for city dwellers.The ascent to the Teide should be ventured even when it is cloudy. Once through, there are fascinating views.

Fantastically beautiful holiday home in Buen Paso that has everything desired.
The house is completely renovated and very tastefully furnished with great attention to detail.
We were lucky enough to be the first tenants to stay in the house. I can only say 'perfect'.
Everything has been thought of, the large, modern kitchen is generously equipped, nothing is missing. The bathrooms are also more than standard, with a large mirrored cabinet and washbasin with vanity unit, as well as a great floor-level shower.
The large living room has two seating areas, a large TV and a fireplace for cooler days.
The bedrooms are also very large and have plenty of storage space (closet and chest of drawers) and one of them has its own TV.
The very large garden terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue, offers different seating and sunbathing possibilities. In the midst of the beautiful planting, you will always find a shady spot on sunny days.
The roof terrace is also beautiful with a view of the sea and Teide. Unfortunately we couldn't use the jacuzzi due to the weather and cold. It would certainly have been great to take a refreshing bath in the partly glazed, shaded with awnings and wind-protected area. At least it was enough for one or two sundowners, some with breathtaking sunsets, even on a cloudy day. Since we are not "the" climbers and like to stay in/at the house, it was absolutely ideal for us.
Especially for longer stays, the "little castle", as it is lovingly called by the landlady, would be the ideal place to feel at home!
The landlords are just as lovely as the house - very accommodating and sociable.
We will be happy to come back!
