Property description
Wonderful views open up to you from the terrace of this holiday home, which you will find in the north of Tenerife, in the settlement of La Palmita. The house is located on the edge of the settlement and offers a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean from the terrace.
The settlement of La Palmita is located on the coast below La Vicoria. The idyllic village of La Victoria, whose image is dominated by agriculture, is also known for one of Tenerife's best wines. The good wine is not only popular on the island, it has also gained international recognition. In the village there are beautiful houses in typical Canarian style and narrow alleys that invite you to take a walk.
There are a few small bays in the region that invite you to spend a day by the sea. Unfortunately, the bathing bays are often difficult to reach. However, you can quickly reach the beaches in Puerto de la Cruz by car and the Playa de Bollullo beach is only about 5 km away.
Equipment
The living space of the spacious holiday home extends over 110 sqm. You are greeted here by two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds.
The two modern bathrooms of the house are equipped with WC, washbasin and shower or bathtub.
The modern furnished living area awaits you in cosy colours. You will find a comfortable corner sofa, which can be converted into a bed for two additional guests, and a dining area.
Entertainment is provided by SAT-TV with German channels, a stereo system and internet. A laptop is available for use.
There is a small salon and a winter garden with an additional dining area.
The modern kitchen offers everything you need on holiday. Besides a hob, oven and spacious fridge, you will also find a dishwasher.
Outside, the large, furnished terrace with barbecue facilities invites you to spend pleasant hours outside. The house has a pool area with a heated pool. The pool area is not visible and two electric awnings protect you from too much sun.

The holiday home is located in a quiet area, but within a few minutes by car you are on the motorway and at the stores.
The view of the sea is unobstructed and wonderful.When we arrived, even the fridge was well stocked so that we didn't have to go shopping on the day of arrival. There were no complaints about the holiday home. The landlord was very nice when we had questions.
The accommodation was beautiful and met my expectations
