This beautiful 8-person holiday home is located in Puntilla de Sol. Puntilla del Sol is on the north coast of Tenerife, not far from El Sauzal and belongs to the municipality of La Matanza.

The holiday home offers not only an excellent interior but also a fantastic sea view and a great outdoor area with a heated and in the evening illuminated pool (4.90 x 8.50), sauna, fitness room, a bar with professional beer dispenser, a barbecue with space for up to 20 people and much more...

From the house you can walk along a footpath directly to the sea - Costa el Sauzal with its beautiful promenade and seawater swimming pools. The distance is about 500 m - but the path is also steep.

Enjoy the island nature here: The beautiful region is ideal for those who are looking for peace and relaxation far away from the tourist strongholds. The area with its lush green vegetation is not only a hiker's paradise, mountain bikers will also find the best conditions here.

The coast of the village - where many rare seabirds have found their home - drops steeply into the Atlantic Ocean, and below the village lies the small bathing bay Playa El Caletón.

In La Matanza, with partly historic buildings in Canarian style, you will find various shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. Fresh fruit and vegetables from the region are available at the farmer's market on weekends. Be sure to try it, it's worth it, you get great quality at low prices.

The total living and usable space is about 350 m², great for up to 8 people.

Holiday house:

• Living room with a leather seating set, large TV set with SAT reception, fireplace and a piano - which music lovers will surely enjoy.
• Dining room with a large window front and a wonderful view of the Teide and the sea.
• Large kitchen - top equipped incl. dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc...
• 3 bedrooms - each with double beds incl. orthopaedic mattresses

Adjoining building:

• The 4th bedroom with a double bed is located in an adjoining building on the property and is available for occupancy of 6 persons or more.
  

The 3 bathrooms - directly adjoining the bedrooms, have a bath or shower and a hairdryer and other amenities. A guest toilet is also available.

Two double beds with 1,80 width
Two double beds with 1,60 width

All rooms are comfortably furnished. The highlight, however, is definitely the great outdoor area. Enjoy the wonderful view of the sea while drinking coffee together - relax by the pool - when it is illuminated at night - swim a bit before going to bed - that´s a holiday with lots of privacy!
