Tenerife HOLIDAY HOME "EL MAR", WITH GARDEN & POOL

The private holiday house is located directly at the seaside in La Rambla, in the green North-West of Tenerife. The quiet part of the town with about 150 inhabitants is situated in a partly nature reserve where they also do agriculture.
El Rosario belongs to San Juan de la Rambla which is about 3km away and can be reached by a very beautiful footpath along the coast.
There is a swimming place about 200m away. 1.5km further, there is a beach and a public swimming pool located directly by the sea.
From the holiday house you have a wonderful view of the Ocean.
If you want to go for a walk or visit the next restaurant (known for its very good cuisine, by the way), you only have to go a few steps downstairs, out of the garden door and on the small walking path along the sea.

The living space of about 130sqm is on two levels: On the ground floor there is the living room, the dining room with kitchen-cum-living room and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms, another bathroom and a terrace with sea view.
The house is spacious and the rooms have soft colours. In this holiday house you feel comfortable and you can enjoy the tranquility and the private pool.
The living room with view of the terrace and the sea has comfortable furniture and sat TV, DVD player and internet (Wifi). The room openly moves on to the dining room with a big dining table for 6 people and good view of the garden and the pool.
On the left of the dining room there is the kitchen which is perfectly equipped with crockery, divers electric appliances such as coffee machine, espresso machine, juicer... Washing machine and iron are also available.
Both bedrooms have two beds each and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a big shower and built-in washbasins with enough space for towels etc., a hair-dryer is also available.

The estate of about 550sqm has several terraces with fantastic view of the sea or of the mountains. At the swimming pool (24sqm) there are sun loungers and sunshades, as well as an outdoor shower and the huge garden that measures about 100sqm.
The terraces on the ground floor are partly roofed and equipped with seating possibilities and BBQ. Here you can finish off the day with a wonderful sea view over a glass of wine. The whole estate is only at your disposal.
