Property description
The estate is placed on an old banana farm in the 5th generation. The Finca is surrounded by a beautiful landscape, around 2km away from the coast and placed in the calm area of Palm Mar. It is a great place to relax and to enjoy the holidays. Also it is a great starting point for outdoor activities like cycling, jogging, golf or watersports like kite surfing, diving etc.
The houses and apartments got restored and new furnished in 2015/2016. In the middle of the property you will find several smaller houses with 2-3 bedrooms, a big house and 2 studios.
Palm Mar is situated between Las Galletas and Los Cristianos. Here you can find small natural formed bays, a nice beach bar with sun loungers and a boardwalk to where you can see nice sunsets.

In the living area you will find the TV, Internet(Wi-Fi), a DVD-Player and a small stereo equipment. From here you have access to the furnished and roofed terrace. On the terrace you have chairs and tables, a BBQ and sun loungers. The 2 bedrooms are provided with 2 single beds (0.90m x 2m) each and the bathrooms has a shower and hair dryer.
