This great holiday house with heated private pool, beautiful outdoor area with barbecue corner and furnished terraces, but also with a view of the Atlantic Ocean, is located in a quiet upscale development in Puntillo del Sol.

Puntillo del Sol belongs to the municipality of La Mantanza and is located on the north coast near El Sauzal. In the north, Puntillo del Sol is considered to have the most hours of sunshine. Puerto de la Cruz with its beautiful beach Playa Jardin is only 20 minutes away by car, and the hidden beach Playa Bollullo is just as easy to reach. The view of the Atlantic and the cliffs is breathtaking, as is the view of the highest mountain in Spain - the Teide.

The approx. 190m² house is designed for 7 people.

There are 2 dining areas in the house, the large one is towards the garden and the smaller one is directly in the living area (4 persons).

The living area contains enough seating and offers a TV with satellite TV, (German channels available). Internet is also available and there is also a fireplace, so you can also make yourself really cosy inside.

The kitchen offers plenty of space and is equipped with all utensils for cooking. Whether you want to barbecue on the terrace or spend common TV evenings (SAT-TV with German channels) at the fireplace, everything is available.

The three available bedrooms are all furnished with a double bed and have enough possibilities to store the wardrobe. There are a total of 2 bathrooms, each with 2 washbasins.

The highlight is certainly the outdoor area with the heated private pool and terrace with sun loungers. The sea view from here is beautiful. In addition, there is a barbecue area for nice barbecues and other seating. Internet is also available.
