Property description
This detached holiday house with 2 bedrooms lies on a luxury finca in the south-west of Tenerife. This is a luxury finca because of all the additional offers which are more than usual fincas own.
The finca is very quietly situated at the outskirts of the small village of Chío. On the property are an indoor swimming pool with countercurrent, an outdoor pool, a tenis court, giant chess, golf putting green, billard, big trampoline and wellness area.
The 11000 m² consist of 2 levels. On the upper level are a villa and 4 suites, on the lower one are 4 detached holiday houses.
The Bedouin tent can be used for birthday parties, seminars and more.

This house includes 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
The living room has a modern and luxury furniture, upholstered furniture, sat-TV, a heater and a heating stove.
Both bedrooms have a bathroom en suite with washbasin, shower and WC each. Towels and bedlinen are provided.
The fitted kitchen contains 4-burner gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combined mircrowave with oven and grill, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and dining table for 4 people.
Beside the roofed terrace with garden furniture, there are another sitting place for 6 people, also roofed, and giant chess.
Many sports and wellness activities are offered on the finca.
