The modern country house with private pool is located on a private property of about 900 m² in Santa Maria del Mar, about 8.5 km from the capital Santa Cruz.

Santa Maria del Mar is close to the capital Santa Cruz. The capital is located at the eastern tip of Tenerife and is characterized by its port and the beautiful city center at the Plaza del Espania with its many small cafes, restaurants and shops.

Santa Cruz offers numerous highlights. The bright beach Playa las Teresitas in San Andres with original sand from the desert Sahara is only 19 km away. The city attracts many visitors every year to celebrate a wonderful carnival. This turbulent festival can even be compared to the carnival of Rio de Janeiro. Among the architectural treasures of the city are the church Iglesia de Nuestra Senora de la Concepción, the Parliament of the Canary Islands, the congress centre designed by Calatrava, the bullring, the fountains and galleries. The Rambla del General Franco with its shady resting places under trees is recommended for shopping.

The country house has a living room with an open kitchen, a comfortable sofa, living room furniture, TV and a dining table. The built- in kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, electric oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher and various tableware, etc..
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and two sinks.

3 bedrooms are available,whereas 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are directly in the house. The 3rd bedroom (guest bedroom) is outside the house.
The two bedrooms in the house are:
1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 0,90 x 1,90 m
1 bedroom with a single bed of 0,90 x 1,90 m

The 3rd bedroom is about 5 m from the house. The access to the bedroom is outside the house but sheltered. In the pictures you can see this bedroom by the double bed with blue bed linen and the large mirror on the wall.

Outside the garden there is a furnished terrace, the pool with pool terrace and deckchairs as well as a barbecue.

On the property with two different levels there are 2 holiday houses. If one of the houses is rented the second house will be closed so that you, no matter which house you rent, always have pool for yourself.

On the 2nd level is the house of the owners who use the same gate to the property, but their house is about 15 m away. In addition to that, the owners work most of the time, so are outside the house and therefore you will have absolute privacy.
In addition, the owners neither use the pool nor the barbecue area, the pool is only for you as a guest.

The accessibility to the north and south motorways as well as the public bus stop are very close. In the swimming pool area you can hear a little noise from the traffic, but that won't stop you from enjoying a nice holiday, sunbathing and relaxing.
