Traditional charming one storey Canarian house with private pool and hot tub in a quiet area on the outskirts of San Miguel within walking distance of shops, banks, chemist, bars & restaurants. San Miguel is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. It's a nice old village, with some interesting buildings. There is also a sympathetically restored museum, La Casa de El Capitán which features artefacts from the age of the Guanches, the ancient inhabitants of Tenerife prior to the Spanish conquest. This is a great area for hiking & cycling

Private south facing sunny patio with plunge pool, hot tub & BBQ, table & chairs, sunbeds & umbrellas. The property is perfect for couples, and cat lovers are especially welcome! We can also arrange for you to enjoy relaxing spa treatments - different types of massages, reiki, reflexology - in the privacy of the house or garden at excellent prices. You can find a price list of the treatments available at the house and we'll be happy to organise these for you.

The Holiday House is comfortably furnished with character wooden beamed ceilings. It consists of a lounge/dining room with flat screen TV - Sky TV (in English) and Spanish channels available (also showing some programmes in English and, sometimes, in German). DVD unit with DVD's (guests are invited to bring their own DVD's or pen drives) video player, radio/CD/MP3 player. Free internet access.
The separate fully equipped kitchen includes fridge with freezer compartment, gas cooker with hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, washing machine, all crockery/cutlery/cooking utensils, BBQ tools, iron and ironing board, clothes airers. Window looks out to a pretty patio.
Bedroom 1 with traditional built in stone based king sized bed (1,90 x 1,60m) with shelves either side, bedside lamps, chair, fan, wooden beamed ceiling. Bedroom 2 with single bed (1,90 x 0,9m), wardrobe, shelving/drawer unit, dressing table with mirror, chair, beamed ceiling. Shower room – shower cubicle, wash basin, bidet, wc, bathroom cabinet with lighting, shelving unit with spare towels etc, hairdryer.

Booking with children:

Booking is possible with 1 child only! The house is not suitable for children under 10. Babies accepted if not already walking because of security reasons.

Smoking is accepted, but only in the garden, not in the house.

San Miguel is approximately 15 minutes walk from the house. It offers some well priced restaurants providing mainly Canarian dishes - La Bodega & La Tasquita de Nino (10 minutes walk), 4 Esquinas (15 minutes walk) & La Pimienta Verde, but there are also several cafes serving tapas, Canarian & even Venezuelan food. Pizza is also available to take away or for home delivery from Bar El Tablero. There is a good supermarket (Coviran) plus a bakery, butchers & fishmongers. You can also find a chemist, optician, hairdressers, florists and several banks. Local farmers markets in Las Chafiras (10 minutes drive) and San Isidro (15 minutes drive) are interesting to visit on Saturday mornings for locally produced fruit, vegetables, cheeses, breads etc.
