Property description
This cosy holiday home with sea view, garden, terrace and barbecue is located on an organic finca down in the coastal region of El Rincon. The location of the finca with a total of 2 houses is close to the sea (approx. 2 km to Playa "Bollullo") and surrounded by lush green banana plantations. The location offers a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The beaches Playa de Bollullo, del Pozo, los Patos and del Ancón in El Rincon are considered real insider tips. Here you will almost only meet locals and some few holidaymakers.
There is no hustle and bustle or mass tourism in El Rincon, but instead peace, relaxation, nature and beautiful hiking trails. The village stretches from the sea up towards the mountains and covers the entire green, banana-rich Orotava Valley.

Quiet location in the banana plantations despite proximity to the motorway. Quickly in Puerto de la cruz. Good cafe and restaurants nearby. Good furnishing. Beautiful view.
If something didn't work it was fixed quickly. Questions about the area were answered.

Easily accessible and yet so remote that it is not yet inundated with tourism. Lonely great beaches immediately, deep down below the house.
The service was super. The landlord was accommodating and flexible. The bungalow is great. Ideal for a couple.

Very quiet location with beautiful sea view from the terrace in front of the house and the roof terrace. In the evening you can only hear the sea.
Lots of privacy with two terraces and a private barbecue area. Good furnishing with everything you need, also in the kitchen.
