Holiday house Tenerife with heated private pool and Ocean view

This individual 3500 m² Finca includes three holiday houses on an area of 3.500 m². Each holiday house is free standing. It can be found in Las Rosas - El Rosario, just a few minutes by car away from the beach as well as from Santa Cruz and La Laguna. The surrounding area gives you the opportunity to dicover the real Tenerife on hikes, beach days and trips.

You can enjoy fresh fruit coming from the fruit trees in the garden and a fantastic sea view. You can see the neighbouring island Gran Canary as well as the Anaga Mountains.
Outside the house you will find a heated private pool (5 m x 3 m), a terrace with sun loungers, a covered barbecue place, a little house with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, pavilion.

As every Finca in Tenerife does, this one owns a very special charm which is typical for buildings on middle elevation: hospitality, a nice and athentic ambience making every guest feel as comfortable as at home from the first day on.
Surrounded by a wonderful rural landscape full of gardens with vegetables, grapevines and fruit trees showing all their beauty in blossom and delighting us with plums, figs, fears and grapes, we are happy to welcome you. Enjoy the silence, nature, birds singing in the backround and forget about the everyday-life. Recover yourself from any stress on your private terrace, in the garden or at the pool.

This holiday house offers the best furnishings to feel comfortable. It has a floor heating, a fireplace with a window - perfect for romantic evenings.

The kitchen is completey equipped: cooker, toaster, fridge, microwave, coffee machine. There is a cosy living room including satellite-TV on a flat screen. You will moreover find 2 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and a bathroom en suite (shower and double washbasin). The other bedroom holds two single beds. The bathroom can be found in front of the second bedroom.

Outside the house you can enjoy your private garden, the heated private pool and barbecue. The terrace with garden furniture is roofed, sun loungers are also available. During harvest you can get fresh fruits daily in the fruit garden next to the house.

Note for pool heating:
The pool is, according to the owner about 24 degrees and partly warmer heated. This information geltten than average and may vary slightly up or down.

Please note that in this house with private pool, the minimum age of all travellers is 16 years.
