Property description
The holiday house is quietly situated in the romantic mountain village of Las Vegas, about 600 m above sea level, surrounded by nature near Granadilla de Abona in the south of Tenerife, far away from mass tourism.
This village is ideal for hikers and bikers. A hiking trail leads through a pine wood to the national park Cañadas del Teide. The popular hiking regions El Río and Arico are very close.
Equipment
The house with 360 m² living space disposes of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen unit and bathroom. The living room has sofa, sat-TV and dining table. In the kitchen there are fridge-freezer, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and the usual kitchen utensils. One of the bedrooms has double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), the other has two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm). The bathroom contains shower, washbasin and WC.
A pool with sun loungers and a roofed BBQ site also belong to the house. In a separate room on the terrace you can find the washing machine.
