This holiday home is suitable for 8 people, has a heated private pool and is located in the town of Callao Salvaje/ Costa Adeje. The south/west coast of Tenerife is considered the sunniest zone on the island. The terrace offers magnificent views of La Gomera and the Atlantic Ocean.

Within about 10 minutes walk you will find all amenities such as shops, restaurants and bars as well as the local beach. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a spa, gym, paddle courts and tennis courts. In 10 minutes by car you can reach the Adeje golf course and in 5 minutes you can reach the Abama Golf. It is only 10 minutes to the towns of Los Cristianos and Las Americas and only 20 minutes to the South Airport.

Callao Salvaje, with its own beach, is part of the coastal area of Costa Adeje and is located on the sun-drenched southwest coast of Tenerife. The place is popular with vacationers because it is a lot quieter compared to Las Americas. The beaches of Playa Las Américas and Los Cristianos are within a 10-minute drive. The nearest golf course is a 5-minute drive away. If you like to play tennis, Callao Salvaje is also the right place for you, because here you will find the Callao Sports Center with several tennis courts. The small, tranquil village offers many shopping facilities such as supermarkets, souvenir shops, boutiques, newsagents, banks, pharmacy and much more. The range of gastronomic establishments is also large. There are very good restaurants and typical Spanish bars as well as an ice cream parlour and a pastry shop. The beach and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away.

The holiday home has a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite), large living area, dining area, fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer), utility house (with washing machine) and a terrace with private pool.

The kitchen is equiped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas top cooker, electric oven, knives, forks, spoons, cooking utensils, pots, pans, chopping boards, crockery for all meals, storage jars, bread basket, biscuit tin, kettle, Nescafe dolce gusto machine and much more.

Bedroom 1: with king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and safe. The double patio doors brings lots of light and fresh air and has access to the pool. This bedroom has a large en-suite with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: has a king sized bed, storage drawers, fitted wardrobes with patio doors that lead out to the pool area.

Bedroom 3: has a continental bed, three-seater sofa, free standing wardrobe and drawers.

Bedroom 4: 2 single beds and built-in wardrobes as well as an en suite bathroom with shower and great views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The living room is equipped with a sitting area and a TV area (smart TV, with a multi language TV system) The spacious dining area has a large modern dining table and chairs.

The barbecue area on the terrace also invites you to cozy evenings and eat outdoors. The pool area has sun loungers and seating. From there you can reach the bedrooms on the lower floor as well as the utility room.

The terrace has table and 8 chairs, with a large relaxing corner unit with table.

There is parking in front of the cottage.

The pool can be heated on request and for a fee (approx. 22-25 degrees).

Note: Please leave the barbecue area in the same condition as you found it. Otherwise, a fee of 50€ will be charged by the landlady.
