The Holiday Penthouse with terrace and sea view is located in the exclusive residential conplex "Residence Adeje Paradise" which has 2 pools - 1 pool is heated in winter. The complex has good security and a very good pool bar.
Playa Paraíso is approx. 5 km away from Playa de Las Américas - tenerife south-west coast. The town is divided into 2 zones - a tourist centre and a villa district which is located outside of the city . The beach of Playa Paraíso is framed by large flat rocks that invite you to sunbathe. There is a diving school in the village. Tennis courts and the beautiful Costa Adeje golf course with 27 holes are around 4 km away. The small harbour "Puertito" with its sandy beach is 2 minutes away by car.

The modern penthouse flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have your own whirlpool on the terrace.
There are 2 pools in the complex itself, 1 of which is heated in winter. There is also a very good pool bar.
WLAN free of charge in the pool area. SAT-TV, dishwasher, washing machine etc. are part of the equipment in the flat.
