Property description
This beautiful 2 bedroom holiday home is located on a 6,000 m² holiday finca with beautifully landscaped gardens with avocados, papayas, aubergines, peppers, nisperos, physalis and more....Those who wish to, can and may harvest fruit from the garden.
The extensive finca grounds are located above Puerto de la Cruz at about 300 m above sea level. There are a total of 5 accommodation units and the main house with the reception. It is a holiday paradise for young and old - there is a pool with a water slide, a sunbathing lawn with sun loungers, a Finnish sauna, fitness equipment and many other amenities on the finca.
The green Orotava valley is not far away from the centre of La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz, but is also in a quiet location. It is a good starting point for many hiking routes and for exploring the entire island. On the coast there are the beautiful beaches of Playa el Socorro, Playa Bollullo and in Puerto the well-known beach Playa Jardin and the bathing area Lago de Martianez.

The holiday flat has a living space of about 58 sqm and with the sofa bed is suitable for up to 3 people.
There is a living room with sofa corner, various small pieces of furniture, dining table, SAT-TV and a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and much more.
There is a double bed in the bedroom and a nice bathroom with shower.
Two private terraces belong to the holiday flat. All guests of the finca have access to the pool with water slide, the sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, the sauna and fitness equipment.

We had a good view of Orotava and the sea.
Everything was as described, clean and well maintained. It was a wonderful holiday, almost like staying with family. We were well looked after and always found an open ear for everything. We will definitely see you again!
