Property description
The popular holiday resort of Los Cristianos is located directly on the southwest coast and borders on Playa Las Américas. The holiday flat for up to 4 people is in an edificio with 10 different sized flats in the pedestrian zone, close to the beaches of Playa Vista and Playa de los Cristianos.
The flat has its own balcony. In addition, there are 2 beautiful, large, furnished roof terraces with outdoor shower and sea view.
The location is perfect for all those who enjoy a beautiful beach holiday and do not want to do without the advantages of a direct city location. Whether you want to go on a shopping tour, do sports or prefer to go out - everything is possible here! Bars, discos, restaurants, shops ... everything and much more is virtually on your doorstep. Golf courses, amusement parks and water parks are also nearby.
In about 1 minute you are at the beach promenade, here you can walk to Las Americas.

The holiday flat is small but nice and offers space for up to 4 guests.
The living room is furnished with a couch and dining area as well as an open integrated kitchen where you will find everything you need to take care of yourself. There is a TV with SAT-TV and you have internet.
The bedroom is for two people, there are two single beds that can be pushed together or a double bed. Two further guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom of the flat has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The holiday flat has a small balcony. The house has two beautiful, large, furnished roof terraces with outdoor showers and sea view, which can be used freely.
The holiday flat is suitable for overwinterers and long-term holidaymakers.

The flat is in the centre of Los Cristianos and close to the beach. Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. A rental car is not necessary.
The flat is suitable for two people and clean. The location of the property is very good. The service was good with questions.
