Property description
This comfortable holiday flat with two bedrooms offers a great view to the sea and is places in front row. The balcony offers also a great view to the Montaña Roja and the town. The flat is on the third level of the holiday complex which has a lift and a community pool. The modern flat has a size of around 80m² and space for 4 people.
El Medano is located at the sunny south coast of Tenerife. Besides a long sand beach you will also find a pretty boardwalk with several shops, cafés and restaurants. From the typical Canary cuisine till the Chinese cuisine – there is a restaurant for everyone.
El Medano also provides a lot of free time activities. No matter if you like to dive, to kite surf, to wind surf or just to relax in the sun – everyone will find something fun to do.
Equipment
The holiday flat has two bedrooms with a double bed each. The bathroom is provided with a bathtub, a toilette, a bidet, a sink and a washing machine. In the living area with an open kitchen are a sleeping sofa, a TV, and a cupboard. The living room and the kitchen are separated by a kitchen counter which is also the “dining table”. The kitchen is provided with a stove and oven, a refrigerator, a microwave and more. Basically everything you need during your holidays.
Part of the holiday flat is also the furnished balcony from where you have a great view to the sea and the Montaña Roja. It is a good place for having breakfast.
The flat is ideal for families or couples, who wants to spend a sunny beach and/or activity holiday at Tenerife’s south coast.
