Property description
The finca in Valle Guerra in the green north of Tenerife lies ca. 330m above sea level. It is quietly situated, but nevertheless you can reach the capital Santa Cruz or the popular holiday destiantion Puerto de la Cruz in only 20 in by car.
The property with ca. 2800m² has beautiful gardens, a community pool with sun deck and sun loungers, a fitness room (treadmill, home exercise kit, dumb-bells) and a party and BBQ room.
Your own BBQ area and an inner courtyard (terrace) are also part of the house.
The finca with 1 holiday house and 2 suites is perfect to relax and for families or group travel as all the accommodations can be booked separately or together.
The finca is run by solar engery (hot water, light etc.).
