Holidays with privacy: Holiday home with own property in Palma Mar

This 100,000 m² large finca is located in a rural surrounding, only about 2 km away from the coast, in Palm Mar at the sunny south coast of Tenerife. Even nowadays the finca is dedicated to the cultivation of bananas and is flanked by unique nature areas. The landscape is full of natural beauty and a calm place to leave the daily stress behind.

The finca owns an old tradition, which reaches back to the 5th generation. A time, when there was no tourism on Tenerife. In the heart of the finca there are several small houses with 3 bedrooms, a large house and 2 studios. The small houses were built for the workers of the finca and in the large house the family once had its residence.

Each house has been restaurated, beautifully furnished and has its own plot, as well as a private access and a beautiful outdoor area.

Palm Mar is a small and calm holiday destination between Las Galletas and Los Cristianos. Here you find natural bathing bays, a nice beach bar with sunbeds and a promenade, which invites to walks during the sunset.

The 100m² house offers everything you might need during your stay, but is still traditional in its appearance. The house, with its 3 bedrooms, is ideal for families with children. In the livingroom there is an open kitchenette, which is completely equipped withdishwasher, oven, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more kitchen utensils. The living area combines modern and traditional elements and a flatscreen television, WiFi and DVD-MP3 are available.

There are 3 bedrooms, of which two own a double bed and one owns a nidobed. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer.
There are furnished terraces in front and on the side of the house. The plot is self-contained and therefore ideal, when you are traveling with children. But over all - you can enjoy peace and privacy here.
