Las Galletas on the southern side of Tenerife

The town of Las Galletas is on the southern side of Tenerife, and used to be a small fishing town. In this town there is tourism, as well as in Costa del Silencio.
Small fishing boats, but also yachts dock at the port and there are several stands where you can buy fresh fish.
A shopping centre and several shops invite you for a stroll.

The small beaches of Las Galletas are original and rather stony, but nevertheless you always find a good place to go swimming and to sunbathe.

There is a footpath along the sea that leads to the neighbouring town called Costa del Silencio.
In the town there are also many shopping facilities which you can reach on foot.

The town is also perfect for those who don’t want to spend their holidays in the tourist centres of Las Américas or Los Cristianos, but still want to enjoy the touristic advantages.

Sideways of the town, and thus outside the town, there is a beautiful finca with pool and holiday apartments, so that the holiday-makers that like to live on the countryside can enjoy themselves.
And in the case that you want some action, the tourist centres of Las Américas and Los Cristianos are only a few minutes’ drive away. You can also take the bus, because the towns offer good bus services in all directions.
