Holiday house on Finca with heated private pool

This individual Finca includes 2 holiday houses on an area of 3.500 m². Each holiday house is free standing. It can be found in Las Rosas, El Rosario, just a few minutes by car away from the beach as well as from Santa Cruz and La Laguna. The surrounding area gives you the opportunity to dicover the real Tenerife on hikes, beach days and trips.

You can enjoy fresh fruit coming from the fruit trees in the garden and a fantastic sea view. You can see the neighbouring island Gran Canary as well as the Anaga Mountains.
Outside the house you will find a terrace with sun loungers, a covered barbecue place, a little house with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and a pavilion.

As every Finca in Tenerife does, this one owns a very special charm which is typical for buildings on middle elevation: hospitality, a nice and athentic ambience making every guest feel as comfortable as at home from the first day on.

Surrounded by a wonderful rural landscape full of gardens with vegetables, grapevines and fruit trees showing all their beauty in blossom and delighting us with plums, figs, fears and grapes, we are happy to welcome you. Enjoy the silence, nature, birds singing in the backround and forget about the everyday-life. Recover yourself from any stress on your private terrace, in the garden or at the pool.

This traditional rural house for 4 people was renovated with a great attention to details. It is a typical canarian building with stone walls, wood ceilings and a cosy living room with a fireplace, TV  as well as a stereo system. All these things create s most comfortable atmosphere. The completey equipped kitchen includes all necessary electric devices. At your arrival there will be a welcoming present basket waiting for you.

There are 2 bathrooms, one of them with a whirpool and one with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed, one has two single beds. In front of the house there is private terrace with a comfortable seating corner. Enjoy your time in the private pool.

Note for pool heating:
The pool is, according to the owner about 24 degrees and partly warmer heated. This information geltten than average and may vary slightly up or down.

Please note that in this house with private pool, the minimum age of all travellers is 16 years.
