Property description
The elegant villa with private heating pool lies on the sunny south-west coast of Tenerife, in Callao Salvaje.
It is comfortable and suitable for those, looking for silence and relaxation.
Only the guests dispose of a pool, electrically heated from end of October to beginning of April (ca. 24-26°C) with a partly covered terrace and equipped with shower, sun loungers, terrace furniture, bbq and a separate seating corner.
You can reach the unspoilt bay, where you can go swimming, and the city centre with restaurants, banks and many other shops in only 10 minutes by foot.
At the start of the town Callao Salvaje, in “Callao Sport”, there is a well-kept tennis complex and a Pitch & Putt golf where you can enjoy this fascinating outdoor sport without a handicap.
The wonderful golf courts in Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos are ca. 5 km away, the new one in Abama ca. 7 km.
Equipment
On the 150 square metres of living space, there is enough room for up to 7 people. The villa is composed of a living and dining room, a separate, completely equipped kitchen (dishwasher, mircrowave, oven, Ceran ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, coffee machine, toaster etc...) with modern built-in cupboards, as well as 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.
In two of the three bedrooms, there is a luxurious double bed and a bathroom en suite with shower, WC, washbasin. In the third bedroom, there are two stylish single beds and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable couch set, satellite television with a DVD-player and several DVDs. It is separated from the dining room for 6 people by a step.
The stylishly furnished villa with an exclusive ambience has a pool to relax, surrounded by a terrace. A barbecue for an open air dinner is also at your disposal.
