The private finca is located about 130 meters above the fishing village of Alcalá, in the southwest of Tenerife, on a unique hillside. The finca is nestled in the natural landscape and banana plantations, away from mass tourism.
There Finca has in total 10,500 m² and consists of 6 residential units, which are all well equipped. In addition, the finca offers a pool (no chlorine), a 60 m² area which is partially filled up with Sahara sand, a bar with a beer pump, water with/without gas and Saeco espresso machine, a winebodega, a barbecue, 2 other resting places with bench seat and hammock etc.

Also, there is an ecological garden with fruits, vegetables, herbs, wine, over 100 different palm trees, a cactus garden and much more. The water comes from its own well.
This finca is a green oasis where you can escape the stress of everyday life.

The place Alcalá, a popular resort situated in the sunniest clima area of tenerife. You can still find - the southern flair - with a plaza, benches in the shade of big old trees, bizarre lava formations in the Atlantic, the small harbor, narrow streets, the fishermen who sit full of peace on the Wall at sea. Little Tourism, a beautiful waterfront, cafes and fish restaurants. Alcalá is also known for its seafood restaurants : for example restaurant Chamayda or Casa Mon.

The home is particularly luxuriously furnished. It has 100 m² divided in a large living room and adjoining kitchenette with 4- ring ceramic hob, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and much more.
1 bedroom with double bed and tasteful, high-quality linens and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, bath and hand towels and bathrobes.
In the living area there is air conditioning (hot/cold) and satellite TV. Internet access via WiFi is available. The flat has 2 furnished terraces, one of them is a roof terrace with pergola. The ocean view is spectacular.

If you are traveling to 3rd or 4th you will have the opportunity to rent a small 30m ² studio to do so.
