Exclusive luxury finca with spa-wellness oasis in the sunny south-west of Tenerife in Chío.

Location:
This luxury finca lies above the coastal town of Playa San Juan, on the popular and sunny south-west side of Tenerife, ca. 550m above sea level. Here, you'll find pure, healthy mountain air, healthy climate and a very private atmosphere - a perfect place to find silence and enjoy the nature.
Due to the magnificent location, you have a wonderful view of the western part of the island, to the island La Gomera and the Atlantic.

Equipment

The big, planted property has 11000 m² and consists of 2 levels.
On the upper level are a villa, 4 luxury suites with a southern aspect and lawn all around. Also the pool, Bedouin tent, tennis court, golf putting green and the BBQ.
On the lower level are 4 detached holiday houses with one or two bedrooms each. As well as the indoor pool, welness oasis, yoga place and garden chess.

Activities
All the guests have pool area, indoor swimming pool with countercurrent, a place for yoga, private wellness oasis, profi-trampoline (4m), 2 golf putting greens, BBQ site, tenis court, billard table, giant chess, Bedouine tent and W-LAN at their disposal. All the accommodations have a heater.
The finca is suited for seminars, trainings of all kinds, company and birthday trips, honeymoon...
