The luxury holiday house, one villa with heated pool and 10 bedrooms is located on a 1,800 m² estate in the midst of a tropical flowering garden in a very quiet location in Chayofa. You have a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean from the terraces. Supermarkets and good restaurants are nearby.

Chayofa is a quiet, well-kept garden village in the sunny south of Tenerife, about 3 km above Los Cristianos and the beautiful sandy beaches of the island. Not far from the holiday house is a tennis court and the 5 most popular golf courses are also only 5 to 15 minutes away. Otherwise, you will find pure peace and relaxation here!

The property offers you a spacious pool area, various terraces with relaxing and garden furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ area. A small bar with refrigerator and sink as well as sun loungers and parasols are available at the pool area. A shower room with WC is also part of the pool area. Next to it is a laundry room with washing machine.

The two flats are only rented together with the holiday house, if there are enough guests, so as not to disturb your privacy in the main house. The house with 5 bedrooms plus 6 sofa beds can accommodate up to 25 people.

For groups, all bedrooms with double beds can be converted to single beds on request.

The property consists of a luxury Villa on 2 levels with a total of 10 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 dining rooms, 3 kitchens, a lounge, 4 terraces, BBQ and private heated pool with pool bar.

Large living room, kitchen, dining room, hallway, staircase, 5 suites with 4 bathrooms and conservatory. 1 suite and a bedroom with bathroom in the basement, guest toilet, and 2 flats with private entrance, living room with kitchenette, 1 or 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

Upon entering the holiday villa, you will find yourself in the heart of the house, the open living room, flooded with light through a large window front and with a large table for dining together with up to 8 people. On one side is the spacious staircase to the upper floor, on the other side the tasteful, cosy living room with a large sofa group for watching TV. On cooler days, the fireplace brings cosiness into the house. From the living room, large patio doors lead to the beautifully planted garden with ornamental fountain, barbecue and covered seating for 8 people.

Next to the living room is a bedroom (bedroom 4) with double bed ( 2 x 0.90 x 2 m) with patio door to the garden and a bathroom en suite with massage shower, bidet, WC and washbasin. A suite (bedroom 5) with double bed (2 x 0.90 x 2m) and comfortable seating area and also with en suite bathroom with shower, bidet, WC and washbasin, is located on the other side of this floor.

The kitchen is located next to the main entrance and invites you to prepare delicacies for family and friends thanks to its good equipment. In addition to a cooking island as the focal point, it is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator combination and large fully automatic coffee machine. In the adjoining utility room there is another very large refrigerator and a sufficient amount of crockery.

Upstairs is suite 1 with a double bed (2 x 0.90 x 2m) and an adjoining conservatory furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair. Next is Suite 2, a double bedroom (2 x 0.90 x 2m) with a sofa corner, furnished with a large wardrobe. The two bedrooms on the upper floor share a bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and double washbasin.

- Child up to 6 years free of charge in parents' bed
- The minimum rental period during the Christmas season is 14 days!
- If you arrive after 20:00, a one-time fee of 30€ will be charged.

Out of consideration for the neighbours, noise is to be avoided during the quiet hours from 13:00 to 15:00, the night's rest starts at 22:00. The villa is not suitable for debauched parties, but for your stylish company event, travel groups or family celebration.
