Property description
On the southern side of Tenerife, there is the coastel town Callao Salvaje, where you can find the private luxury villa with a heated pool, inviting you to fantastic holidays in an exclusive ambience.
With 200m² of living space, three bedrooms and a private pool, there is enough room for up to seven people. As the villa lies on a hillside, it is composed of two parts: in the basement you can find a party room, in the upper area are the terraces and the living rooms.
The big, partly covered terrace is equipped with sun loungers, terrace furniture, bbq, a table with several possibilities to have a seat and an outdoor shower.
The city centre can be reached within 10 minutes by foot. Here are some shops, banks and restaurants, as well as the unspoilt bay, where you can go swimming.
At the start of the town you can find a well-kept tenis complex and a Pitch & Putt golf, where you can enjoy the popular and fascinating outdoor sport even without a handicap.
In the surrounding area, there are also several well-tended golf courts: Abama golf, golf Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos – all of them 5-7 km away.
Equipment
In the upper area you can find the following rooms: a spacious living room (40m²) with a comfortable couch set, satellite TV, a DVD player with some DVDs, a safe and a dining room for 6 people in the back of the living room, raised by a step and thus seperated optically.
The big, modern fitted kitchen with a seating corner at the panoramic window is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, freezer and refrigerator… to make you perfectly happy.
Furthermore, there are 3 elegant bedrooms with ceiling fan, chest of drawers, designer lamps and comfortable cushioned seats. The rooms are furnished in a slightly italian style.
In two of the three bedrooms, you can find a big, luxurious double bed, in the third one are two stylish single beds.
Bathrooms: in one of the bedrooms is a bathroom en suite, the two other bathrooms are equipped with bathtub, WC, bidet and two washbasins.
The luxurious pool is electrically heated from end of october to beginning of april (24-26°C) and is only at your disposal. Here are shower, son loungers, terrace furniture and barbecue.
The garage in the basement has been converted by the owner into a party room with billard table, darts, Ping-Pong table, music system and TV for the kids to play, so that you can enjoy the silence and relax.

The house was very clean and well equipped. The pool was heated and lovely to swim in, even in February. On our arrival we found the key in the safe. This was easy because we could arrive when it suited us. The next day the owner came to receive the remaining amount. She was very friendly and warm. When we suddenly had no power during our stay, someone was there within 10 minutes after we sent a message.
We had dinner in 'El Molino Blanco' in Adeje. A lovely restaurant with a very cozy terrace and good food. A hike near El Teide is definitely recommended!

The landlord was punctual, helpful and friendly. He checked on us halfway through the week which was appreciated. The property was clean, well appointed, the heated pool was amazing as was the games room. I was really impressed with the property, situation and owner from start to finish.
We went to Loro Park which was fab for the whole family, we hired a car and went up to the base of Mount Teide, We visited El Duque in Adeje - all great. We dined in some wonderful restaurants in Callao Salveje - never had a bad meal.
