Property description
This holiday home with pool in Mediterranean finca style is located on a property of approx. 500m² with old trees, in the quiet district in El Sauzal (Puntillo del Sol) on the north coast of Tenerife.
El Sauzal is one of the most beautiful communities in the whole of the north. Great panoramas, public gardens, pretty houses and both tasteful and modern restaurants are characteristic for this picturesque place on the north coast. Those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers and amateur photographers will definitely get their money's worth here. The view of the magnificent Teide is omnipresent here.
Equipment
When furnishing the house, attention was paid to Mediterranean and cosy furnishings. Only materials from Tuscany were used (tiles, glass, wood, natural stone).
The holiday home is designed for up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and the other with a pull-out bed. In addition to high-quality mattresses, there are even pillows and blankets from Versace, so that nothing stands in the way of a good night's sleep. There are built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms for your wardrobe. Both bathrooms have a shower.
The kitchen equipment includes a 5-burner hob, electric oven (incl. grill and convection), microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and other utensils.
Cosy evenings can be spent in the 40m² living area with open fireplace or alternatively in front of the TV with SAT-TV.
Start the day by relaxing in the beautiful garden or in one of the two furnished courtyards (Canarian patio) with barbecue and fountain, by the pool or on the 40m² terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the Teide.

Quiet location with a view of the sea. Good starting point for exploring and hiking in the northern part of the island. However, you always have to drive to the hiking destinations.

We really enjoyed the sea view with beautiful sunsets from the roof terrace. Otherwise, we have preferred the good location in El Sauzal for several years.
The furnishings were lovely and cosy. There are many different places in the garden, depending on your mood!

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the coast. The view from the roof terrace over the sea and in one corner also over the Teide is really great. However, you have to drive a bit to go shopping and to the beaches, but you can quickly get to the main road and go in all directions.
The landlady was very friendly and helpful. She was easy to reach and, for example, bought a new coffee maker when the one on site no longer worked properly. The house was well equipped and nicely furnished. Wi-Fi available at all times and the TV was spacious and cosy as a living area. However, the garden with its beautiful relaxation areas and the roof terrace were the highlight.

Very quietly situated house with a beautiful view of the sea. Location Close to the motorway, therefore a good starting point for various excursions. The village of El Sauzal, a few kilometres away, still has its original charm. The wine museum there is worth a visit. Here you can also buy excellent and still affordable wines.
Tasteful, nicely designed house with lovingly tended garden with plenty of seating. Very comfortable beds, good facilities. Nice and helpful landlady in the neighbouring house. Parking directly in front of the house.
