Property description
The Canary country house is located in the southeast of the island, in the municipality of Arico. Arico and its environment is referred as the "vegetable garden of Tenerife" because it flourish and smell everywhere, from colorful flowers on wild herbs to mango and fig trees everything grow here! Away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature, you will find many beautiful hiking trails and climbing areas.
Even up to the nearest beaches is only about 7km.
The standing on a 14.000 meter farm country house from the 19th century, is the result of a careful renovation and offers due to the Canarian charm combined with modern furnishings, a magical ambience to feel good! From here you have a magnificent view of the coast of Fasnia to Arico and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean in the morning hours.
Equipment
The detached house is on two floors and is very comfortable. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a nice dining area. It is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and other cooking utensils.
In the living room and in the adjoining reading room with comfortable seating and natural stone walls, are books, DVD's and games collections. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a storage room with washing machine.
Upstairs are (on the upper floor - accessible via an outside staircase) the two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. From the bedrooms you have access to the furnished roof terrace with great views of the surrounding area and the sea.
Around the house, there is another large terrace with colorful flowers, various other plants and sun loungers to relax and dream. For refreshment you will also find an outdoor shower here.

Pedro is a very friendly host, pleasant conversationalist and helpful, unobtrusive advisor. The house is beautifully situated, spacious and yet cozy and perfect, and above all: tastefully(!) designed. The location is also ideal, especially for travelers wich want to explore the beaches and mountains alike. Most of the highlights are a stone´s throw away. The immediate environment is hardly influenced by tourism, so that you can feel at home here for the duration of your stay (also on a rainy day), the wonderful ambience plays a major role in this.
