Property description
The 20,000sqm large country house with vineyard, in-house bodega and many beautiful fruit trees is located in La Matanza, on the idyllic north coast of Tenerife.
From the estate (pool etc.) as well as from your holiday home you can enjoy a great panoramic view of the north coast and the Teide and of course the sea.
On the farm is a large pool (8.5 x 3.5 m) with a sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols. In addition, two outdoor showers, one of them covered and an outdoor toilet.
The saltwater pool is heated in winter.
There is a separate BBQ area and Wi-Fi everywhere.
The lovely owners produce their own wine and like to show their own Bodega for sociable wine tastings.
The municipality of La Matanza and the area around La Matanza de Acentejo is considered to be an excellent agricultural area, especially bananas and wine. Small secluded bays to protected coastal areas provide relaxation and swimming fun.

The living room is large and bright and has comfortable seating on beautiful lighting, flat screen with satellite tv and internet (Wi-Fi) - nothing to be desired.
The kitchen is in the left wing to the living room, so that the subjects living and cooking are integrated.
Among others its equipped with a ceramic hob, a large fridge/ freezer, microwave, several coffee machines (filter, Nespresso, Senseo), kettle, toaster and juicer (manual) ...
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with twin beds 1.00 x 1.90m put together and have quality equipment for both the mattress and the bedding. One has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a washbasin as well as bathrobes and a hairdryer. The second bathroom has a bath tub with shower and 2 washbasins along with bathrobes and a hairdryer.
In front of the house is your private, furnished patio. Pool towels are provided.
