Puntillo del Sol is a pure and therefore quiet residential area in the municipality of La Matanza, about 245 metres above sea level. Puerto de la Cruz with the beautiful beach Playa Jardin is only 10 minutes away by car, and the hidden beach Playa Bollullo is just as quickly reached. The view of the Atlantic Ocean and the cliffs is breathtaking, as is the view of Spain's highest mountain - Mount Teide.

Both apartments have a bedroom, a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom. The furnishings and fittings in both flats are roughly the same. 2 large sliding glass doors flood the dining and living area with light and offer a wonderful view. The kitchenette is open to the living room and offers holidaymakers everything they need, such as a coffee machine, fridge, cooker, oven and crockery. There are 2 single beds and a large wardrobe in the bedroom and the bathroom has a shower.
There is also a satellite TV system for international TV and radio stations and an internet connection.

The flat has a private, furnished terrace with fantastic sea views. There is also a communal terrace with barbecue facilities and seating areas.

10 mintes walk from the flat will be a restaurant and in the village a small supermarket. If you want more choices of supermarkets, shops and restaurants you should use the car for a 10 minute ride to La Matanza.
