Nice estate with two houses and private pool near Icod de Los Vinos

The estate is located in La Mancha near Icod de los Vinos, only about 80m above sea level, and measures about 1000 sqm. The location is quiet, because the estate is on the outskirts of La Mancha in a dead end with only 5 houses. The estate is detached and not open to public viewing and consists of two houses, terrace at the pool, shady archways, garden and sea terrace and solar heated pool (5x9m). From the pool and the garden you have a wonderful sea view. Outside there is an outdoor chimney with grill, and a sandpit for children. The whole estate is surrounded by a planted wall, so that no unauthorized person has access, and that pets and children can’t leave the estate.

House 1:
The living room with about 40sqm has among other things comfortable furniture, indoor chimney, music system, sat TV, flat screen (32 inches) and an American kitchen with pull-out table for 4-8 people. The kitchen unit has a 4 hot plates electric stove with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishwashing machine. Glass slide-doors along the front, with view of the terrace and the pool. One bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Sea view from all rooms.

Guest house:
The house has three rooms that all have access to the terrace. The living room has a sofa, a big built-in cupboard and a small TV with satellite. In the small kitchen you can cool on a gas stove with 4 flames. Also: electric oven with grill, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compertment. The bathroom is equipped with washbasin, shower, bidet and WC.

In the children’s room there is a bunk bed. Games, swimming equipment including wave board for all guests available. The parents’ bedroom with double bed and built-in cupboard with built-in safe for your valuables has, like the children’s bedroom, a bathroom en suite with shower, washbasin and WC.

Further equipment: washing machine, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner. Outside there are 4 sun loungers, divers garden tables and chairs.
