An ático flat with roof terrace (30sqm) and stunning sea views in a nice complex (opened in 2008) at the upper end of the town of Icod de los Vinos, about 340m above the sea.
Overall, the house offers 42 individual residential units with various features and sizes. A lift, pharmacy, parking, interior patio, a shared terrace, large Jacuzzi and a restaurant are also available. The friendly staff is on site to answer your questions and your concerns.
Icod de los Vinos is a popular holiday town in the evergreen north of the Canary island of Tenerife and a wine region. Icod is also known for its legendary "thousand year old dragon tree" from which the natives used to think that the red juice of this tree has healing powers. Today there is around the Drago el Milenario a natural park of the "Parque del Drago" with walking paths many plants of the island and a "Guanchen" cave.
The old town of Icod de los Vinos with numerous historical buildings, small cafes and shops, the Plaza with impressive trees ist reflecting the romantic mediterranean flair.

The Atico Studio impresses with its 30sqm roof terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the valley. Garden furniture is provided. An Atico studio can be compared with a small penthouse (flat). The flat has a spacious living room with digital satellite TV, open kitchen, double bed and a nice bathroom with shower.

Other: The reception is open to 22 clock. For late arrival from 22 clock a rate of 30€ is added.
