The flat is divided into two rooms. The kitchen is equipped with a dining area with 3 chairs, a bistro table with 2 bar stools and a well-equipped kitchenette.
The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning with heating, a sofa and TV with satellite - TV.

The penthouse also has a large, secluded roof terrace with fantastic sea view, as well as 2 sun loungers with cushions and a patio table with 2 chairs.

The hotel also offers a large subtropical garden and 3 pool areas (one heated pool) and a children's pool.

Location

The Resort is located directly by the sea in the green north of the island of Tenerife. The popular and beautiful beach "Playa Jardin" is also within walking distance (approx. 800m). The beach belongs to the town of Puerto de la Cruz where you will also find many shopping facilities and of course the Loro Parque (approx. 500m). The Placa de Charo (centre of Puerto de la Cruz) is about 2 km away.
