Playa de Fañabe: Holiday flat with terrace & 2 pools on the Costa Adeje

This beautiful holiday flat is located in a residential complex in Fañabe, about 10 minutes from the wonderful beach Playa del Duque and about 350 m from the beach Playa de Fañabe, on the Costa Adeje.

The complex offers everything for a great holiday on the sunny southwest coast: two pools, sun loungers and parasols. The view of the surrounding area is great, the sea is almost on the doorstep and can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Costa Adeje is considered the classy and new part of Las Americas. On the beach promenade, which is only a few minutes' walk from the holiday flat, you will find many different restaurants, bars and various shops. You will find numerous shopping centres all along the Costa Adeje - there are no limits to the shopping possibilities here. In addition to smaller shops, you will find several supermarkets, including the LIDL discounter.

You have countless opportunities for leisure activities here. There are many sport offers here, as well as several leisure parks in the surrounding area. Golf Adeje is also considered one of the most beautiful golf courses on the island.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and balcony.

The flat is nicely furnished with a living room with a sofa corner for cosy TV evenings (SAT-TV) and a dining table. From the living room you can access the large sun terrace with garden furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and other utensils for cooking.

The master bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. Both bedroooms have built-in wardrobes. The two bathrooms have a shower / respectively bath, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

If you check in after 8 pm, there is a service fee for the administration of 30€. This is to be paid in cash when the keys are handed over.
