Property description
This lovely designed flat is directly in Playa Las Americas (Maybe you know this popular residental area under the name Bungamerica). It is about 2 minutes on foot to the promenade and the beach Playa de Troya. The bungalow is located directly in the centre, therefore it is ideal for bathing/ beach vacation as well as for family holiday.
Playa de Las Americas is one of the most popular holiday resorts in the sunny south of Tenerife. Starting at the bungalow you can go for a long walk (<1h) to behold the different sand beaches of Tenerife. Los Crisitanos and the sports harbour Puerto Colon are reachable in about 10 minutes on foot. It will take you between 5 and 10 minutes by car to the various golf courts.
The German medical center as well as a supermarket and restaurants are only about 5 minutes away on foot.
The bungalows in this complex are surrounded by green areas and paths with benches.
You can reach the beaches Playa de Troya and Playa del Bobo on foot. In cloce vicinity to the flat is a supermarket (ca. 100 m) and a well sorted vegetable shop which offers a wide range of tropical fruits and vegetables.
A pharmacy is about 450 m away.
Equipment
In the ground-level flat you find a livingroom with open kitchen and two bedrooms. One of it has a double bed and the other two single beds. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the terrace. The sofa in the livingrom can be used as a sofabed and it can be pulled out as well. Satelite TV is available in the flat (Astra 19E). Moreover there is a bathroom with douche. The modern kitchen is completely equipped. Of course, a toaster as well as a coffee machine are available.
In the bungalow complex are two community pools, one of it is made for children.

Uncomplicated and very nice reception. The flat and the complex absolutely meet our expectations.
Everything on Tenerife is worth a look / excursion. It is also a matter of taste whether you prefer hiking, swimming or cycling. The Teide National Park is of course a highlight. Everything is possible and that is what makes the island so wonderful.The accommodation was beautiful and met my expectations

We really enjoyed our stay in this bungalow, it is close to the sea, ideal for walks and shopping. Also the bus station and the airport are not far. There is just a couple of things which need to be fixed – none of two kettles worked, the mirror lights in bathroom were broken and the drain in the sink in bathroom was not working (it kept closing).

We were very satisfied with the stay at Bungamerica TF 2166. It has great location, new equipment, swimming pool a few steps from the bungalow, close to the sea.
The only unpleasant thing was the communication about wifi - on the website there was written "internet yes" and only in the middle of the text it was mentioned that it has to be ordered and with a fee.
We stayed in Playa de las Americas many many times and everywhere the internet was automatically and for free.
We have already booked stay in the same bungalow from 6th Decembert 2019 till 31th January 2020. On the 5th January 2019 we paid the deposite of 673 €. Seven days before arrival we are suppose to pay 3 591 €. Is it possible to pay cash after arrival? And deduct 30 € from that amount - after filling in this review? And also add the wifi deposite?

The flat is very nice, but it would have been nicer if it had been cleaned, especially around the oven. The mould in the bathroom is not very pleasant either. The TV didn't work from the first day, which doesn't matter to me because I don't watch it anyway. There was only one key for 5 people, which is a poor performance. The bed for the 5th person was not made up. Wet laundry was on the terrace. Then Mrs. Plöger was like a sergeant: on the day of departure, the cleaning lady was there at 10 a.m. and they had to be gone. It's a bit impertinent, considering that I pay over 100 € per day, so you can be a bit more friendly. Something like that would never have happened to me at Gerti's, where no one gets kicked out. The bottom line is that Mrs. Plöger is no good.
We especially liked the Hippico Canadu, where there is always a huge spectacle on Wednesdays with a magnificent horse show and before that a sensational Canarian-style dinner with lots of meat and BBC at every single table.

When we arrived, we were greeted by an employee of "Herrmanns Rent a Car" at a petrol station opposite the airport to get the rented car. At the petrol station, the very nice landlady was waiting for us to drive us to the flat. She showed us around and gave us some tips. We were given a telephone number if we needed anything. The flat was very nice and well equipped. Apart from a dishwasher and possibly a hoover, nothing was missing.
The location is top!!! 3 minutes to the beach and the fresh bread in the morning, there is directly diagonally opposite. It was really a dream! We spent 10 days in the sun and then unfortunately had to return home to rainy Germany. We would book it again as everything went smoothly with the car and the flat.It is always worth renting a car and exploring the island, because there is so much to see.
Not only the various parks that are advertised everywhere.
We also had a very good experience with the Tripadvisor app.
We looked for different restaurants at home and then went to eat in them.
