Property description
The studio is located in the 4-star holiday complex Maritim, directly on the coast in unobstructed first row to the sea, near Puerto de la Cruz. The holiday complex is situated on a 40,000 m² plot with beautifully landscaped and well-maintained gardens, 3 freshwater pools (one of them heated), mini golf, padel and tennis courts, as well as a fitness studio. The sauna can be used for a small fee. There is also a nudist zone, 2 restaurants, 2 bars as well as lovely outdoor terraces.
There is a shuttle bus to Puerto de la Cruz, which you can use for free. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the centre of Puerto, the longest part being along Playa Jardín, the beautiful beach of Puerto de la Cruz.
Puerto de la Cruz with its outlying areas is a popular holiday resort with holidaymakers. It has a beautiful old town, promenade along the sea, good restaurants, nice shops and southern flair.
The mild climate provides the green surroundings here. Despite tourist development, the town has managed to retain its own charm. In addition to many restaurants, bars and cafés, there are numerous Canarian-style buildings, beautiful parks, bathing areas and promenades. If you want to spend some pleasant hours by the sea, you can visit the garden beach Playa Jardin or the beach Playa de Martiánez.
Equipment
The studio is a privately owned flat. All facilities of the complex are at your disposal.
On 30m² of living space, the sleeping / living area has cosily been combined with an open kitchenette. The bed is comfortable, there is seating and a TV. The kitchenette has basic equipment. If something is missing, it will be provided. There is air conditioning in the studio, which can also be set to warm air. WiFi is available free of charge in the hotel's own internet café in the hotel lobby and there are coin-operated washing machines in the house for your private laundry.
From the living area you can access the furnished balcony with a great view.
Once a week towels and linen are changed and the flat is cleaned.

Directly by the Atlantic Ocean. Unobstructed view of the sea and the starry sky. Beautiful garden.

It was a very nice flat with 2 rooms. Separate living room and bedroom. Then a separate kitchenette. Good mattresses. We were very satisfied. No noise disturbance from arriving guests. The swimming pool had a pleasant temperature of about 25 degrees. The staff always very friendly and accommodating.
