Tenerife Puerto Santiago
On the south-west coast of Tenerife
Puerto Santiago used to be a fishing village. Due to the numerous apartment buildings, one can see that the village has turned into a popular holiday destination. Nevertheless, Puerto Santiago is not as touristic as the tourist centre of Las Américas for example.
In Puerto de Santiago, the sun is shining more often than on the south coast. So the town is perfectly located, especially due to the climate.
Besides shopping miles and different restaurants, the town offers the guests a sheltered bathing bay and a diving school.
If you like, you can even take a walk to Los Gigantes.
