Tenerife holiday house for 6 persons with garden, wifi & bbq

This holiday house called "Piedra" with wifi is a cottage lying in Las Rosas, which belongs to the community of San Juan de la Rambla, to be found on the north site of Tenerife. The house is standing on a 800m² property with fruit trees, healing plants and ecological cultivated plants. Meanwhile, there is a small chicken coop with bantams. Whenever you find an egg, you are welcome to fetch it for breakfast.

Enjoy the beautiful nature during hikes and get to know the open-minded, friendly people living in this region. At a height of 646m above sea level you will experience native culture and lifestyle. Furthermore. you can enjoy an amazing view of the Teide and the north coast.

The holiday house has been owned by the family for generations and was restored on the foundation of the former house. Therefore, traditional material like teak, clay bricks and tiles from the 200-year-old house was reused to a great extent.
The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor, there are two of the bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and with 2 single bed. The 3rd bedroom and a bathroom are located on the upper level.
Also on the ground floor:
the living room including a fireplace, one bathroom containing a shower, bidet, WC, hair dryer as well as a clothes horse and the kitchen which is completey equipped, inter alia with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and more.
Outside the house there is the garden including a picnic site for barbecuing, terrace, garden furniture, sunloungers and a parking space.

From the garden you can enjoy a wonderful view of the north coast and - on cloudless days - even of the neighbouring island La Palma.

Las Rosas is settled in the community of San Juan de la Rambla. The next village La Guancha including shops and restaurants is 1km away. In a distance of 3km you can find the village San Juan de la Rambla.
