Santa Ursula in the northwest of the island

The small community of Santa Ursula, which has about 1300 inhabitants, is located about 5km east of Puerto de la Cruz, in the north-west of the island, about 450 metres above sea level.
The sunny location encourages the viniculture in this region.
Around the Plaza (square) there are some shops, restaurants and bars. In the district of La Quinta, there are high class villas and hotels. From there you have a fantastic view of the Atlantic and the Teide.
Due to its convenient location, north of the Orotava valley, this place is a good starting point for hikes.
The golf course Club de Golf la Rosaleda is only a few minutes drive away.
Santa Ursula is a very popular destination among holiday-makers and emigrants because of the mild climate and the green landscape.
