Sea View Maisonette - Near Beach & Pool Area in El Puertito de Güimar

Only about 150 m from the long sandy beach, this beautiful maisonette is located in a residential complex with pool in the beautiful coastal town of El Puertito de Güimar.

In Puertito, far away from the busy holiday resorts, you can relax from everyday stress in a typical Canarian atmosphere. In the village, pretty local cafés, bars and restaurants invite you to linger. There are shops (including a supermarket) where you can do your shopping.

By the way... in El Puertito de Güimar there is the beautiful hiking route "Malpais de Puertito de Güimar", it is considered the most beautiful coastal hike in the south of the island. It is worth it... :-).

The town's beach promenade is particularly beautiful for a stroll. Those who like to be on the beach will certainly feel comfortable on the sandy beach "Playa del Puertito de Güímar". It is rarely crowded on this rather long beach, and you will always find a quiet spot where you can relax.

The coast is suitable for diving and snorkelling. Off Puertito de Güimar, with a little luck, you have the chance to see beautiful, large sea turtles.

The cosy and nicely furnished maisonette extends over two floors.

On the lower floor (ground floor) there is a spacious living area and the openly integrated, well-equipped kitchen. In the living room you will find a functional sofa that can be converted into a cosy sleeping place for 2 people. The bathroom with the shower and the bedroom with the double bed are also on the lower floor.

The upper floor is reached via a spiral staircase. There is an additional bedroom furnished with a futon bed.

The holiday flat has a balcony and a terrace. You have a sea view and on a clear day you can see Gran Canaria.
