Cosy holiday flat with 2 terraces with great views of the ocean and the directly adjacent small nature reserve. The flat is located on a beautiful finca of approx. 4,500 sqm on the sunny side of the Orotava Valley in the village of Lomo Roman near Puerto de la Cruz, only about 125 metres above the sea and is considered "the green oasis" with beautiful flowers and many palm species.

There is a heated natural stone pool, a fitness room and a large barbecue area. The parking space is located on the enclosed finca.

There are only a few flats on the property, which are arranged in such a way that you don't have to have any contact with other residents of the finca if you don't want to!
Despite the quiet location of the finca, it is very conveniently situated. Furthermore, the finca is an oasis of peace. Loud parties are therefore expressly forbidden.

The studio has its own separate entrance and a private small garden. In addition, 2 terraces directly on the cliff above the sea, with great views of the ocean and the adjacent small nature reserve.

The studio consists of a large living/dining room with integrated kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and a cupboard for your utensils.
In the sleeping area there are 2 single beds and a large wardrobe. The sleeping corner is perfectly and completely separated from the main room by a curtain. In this respect it is a separate bedroom. A safe firmly embedded in the wall is also available.

Attention: 2nd bedroom possible on request!

In front of the entire width of the studio is the large partly covered terrace. The entire width of the flat consists of large glass doors that can be slid over each other. So you sit inside as if you were outside.

In the living/dining room and on the main terrace, the lamps are equipped with dimmers. This allows you to create a great lighting ambience in the evening, tailored to your own personal feel-good ambience. This turns the terrace into a great romantic experience in the evening.

• With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. We will discuss a possible rare exception with you in individual cases.
  For arrivals after 4 p.m. and Saturdays/Sundays/holidays, we charge a one-time administration fee of 25 euros.
• The landlord has his own terms and conditions and cancellation policy, which apply to bookings. The terms and conditions and cancellation conditions of Ferienhaus-Canarias.net are therefore not valid for a booking of this property.
• This is a non-smoking flat, but smoking on the terraces and outside is of course allowed.
• If you don't want to rent a car, you can use the very good bus connections. Buses leave every 30 minutes in all directions. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop.
• There is no dangerous gas on the finca, everything is electrically powered.
• For dogs we charge an additional deposit of 80 euros, payable in cash on arrival.

You can reach supermarkets, restaurants and shops in about 2 minutes by car. You have a well-stocked Lidl market nearby. And a Mercadona, which you can easily reach on foot. There are also lots of small shops and pubs. There are very good restaurants nearby, which you can reach on foot in about 20 minutes and by car in about 8 minutes. You can also reach the local restaurants (guachinches) with typical Canarian food and wine, which are very good and inexpensive, on foot or in a few minutes by car. If you don't want a car, you can use the island's very good bus connections. The nearest bus stop is about 15 minutes' walk from the finca, and the buses go in all directions every 30 minutes.
