Property description
The studio with 2 terraces and views of the surroundings and the sea is located on a 6,000 m² finca with beautifully landscaped gardens with avocados, papayas, aubergines, peppers, nisperos, physalis and more...Those who wish to, can and may harvest fruit from the garden.
The extensive finca grounds are located above Puerto de la Cruz at about 300 m above sea level. There is a pool with a water slide, a sunbathing lawn with sun loungers, a Finnish sauna, fitness equipment and many other amenities on the finca. There are a total of 5 accommodation units and the main house with the reception.
The green Orotava valley is not far away from the centre of La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz, but is also in a quiet location. It is a good starting point for many hiking routes and for exploring the entire island.
On the coast there are the beautiful beaches of Playa el Socorro, Playa Bollullo and in Puerto the well-known beach Playa Jardin and the bathing area Lago de Martianez.
Equipment
This studio is a one-room flat consisting of a living-/bedroom with kitchenette with 2 hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances.
The bed is visually separated by a curtain and the bathroom has a shower.
The sunny, private roof terrace, furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers, rounds off the holiday ambience and provides additional privacy.
All guests of the finca have access to the pool with water slide, the sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, the sauna and fitness equipment.

Beautiful location. In my opinion, you have to have a car.

There is a beautiful view of the sea from the roof terrace and balcony. The finca is located above Puerto de la Cruz and the Orotava Valley, everything is wonderfully green all around. From the upper part of the finca you have a beautiful view of the Teide. We found it very practical that we could park our car "in front of the door".
The property has a small pool and even a small sauna. We enjoyed that very much. The entire staff is very nice and helpful and was open to all questions and gave us many suggestions. We also found it great that you can eat all the fruit that grows on the finca grounds. We picked and enjoyed bananas, lots of physalis and strawberry guavas, which we had never seen and eaten before. We got a barbecue on the roof terrace because we wanted to barbecue one evening. We enjoyed it very much.
