Property description
The flat with new, stylish furnishings is located on a very well-kept property with pool on the southwest coast of Tenerife, in Los Gigantes / Puerto Santiago on a slope above the sea. Central and yet in a very quiet location above the roofs of Puerto Santiago, you can truly enjoy your well-deserved holiday here.
The flat impresses with completely new furnishings and a really beautiful sea view. In general, you have a fantastic sea view from almost every corner.
The property with a total of 5 holiday flats has an attractive pool area, a large communal terrace with sun loungers and various seating areas, as well as a brick pavilion in Andalusian style.
The original fishing village of Puerto Santiago has become increasingly popular in recent years. The beach of Puerto Santiago is only a few minutes' walk away. At the old harbour, you can still watch the fishermen and enjoy the peace and quiet. Nevertheless, Puerto Santiago offers shopping facilities, doctors' surgeries, bars and a sandy beach. In the neighbouring village of Playa La Arena there is another well-kept, black sand beach, which can be reached in about 3 minutes by car. Restaurants and shops are also within walking distance.
Equipment
The flat has now been completely renovated and refurbished, from the bedroom to the bathroom and kitchen, everything is new.
In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa and a modern open kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, coffee and Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery etc.... Fast WiFi and satellite TV are of course also available.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is also completely new with a modern rain shower, washbasin and toilet.
The flat has its own furnished terrace. Enjoy your first coffee on your terrace in the morning with a fantastic view of the sea, with good visibility even to the island of La Gomera. And in the evening, after an eventful day, depending on the season, you can watch the sun sink into the sea... maybe with a glass of wine :-) ... or a cool beer :-) ...

Here on the south-west coast you will be spoiled by the climate and the sun almost all year round...
The flat is on the upper floor. Access via an outside staircase. The pool, the large communal terrace with sun loungers and various seating areas, the brick pavilion are on the lower level.
