Holiday flat in exclusive villa | pool & panoramic terrace | south Tenerife

The holiday flat 3 is a penthouse flat in a house which has three holiday flats. It is situated in the sunny south of Tenerife in the town Chayofa. A common pool are available.

Chayofa, which is about 300 metres above sea level, is an idyllic town with a lot of villas and is located above Los Cristianos. Because of the situation in the top row, you have a wonderful view of the town, the Atlantic and the mountains. The beaches and golf courses in the surrounding area can be reached by car within a few minutes. In Chayofa itself, there are a few restaurants, two small supermarkets and tennis courts.

In the elegantly furnished holiday flat, there is a living and dining room with a comfortable sofa which can be converted into a bed, a satellite TV, radio and a internet connection (WLAN).

The fitted kitchen is in an alcove separated from the living room and is equipped with everything you need for cooking (2 hotplates, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fruit press). In the separate bedroom there is a double bed with a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom disposes of a shower, WC, double washbasin, two bathrobes, hair dryer and make-up mirror.

A huge terrace to the south with adjacent garden belongs also to the holiday flat. On the garden furniture (table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and sunshade) you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea. You can relax and enjoy the sun at the big common pool (13x5m). There is also a shared washing machine.
