The detached country house with one bedroom on a luxurious finca, is situated in quiet location on the outskirts of the small town Chio, in the the sunny south-west of Tenerife. Its called a luxurious finca because it provides a lot of additional offers. pr
There are e.g. a indoor pool with countercurrent installation and steam sauna, pool, golf putting green, yoga, big trampoline, garden chess, billiard and a tennis court.
The place (11.000 sqm) has two levels. A villa and 4 adjacent suits (south-facing) with lawn on the upper level and 4 detached holiday homes on the lower level. One of those is the beautiful detached holiday house with wonderful view of the Atlantic.
One of the highlights is the Bedouin tent, which is great for seminars, birthday parties and other events.
Equipment
In the living room there are modern furniture, Sat TV, wifi and a scandinavian wood stove for colder days.
The kitchen, which is integrated in the living room, is well equipped with: dish washer, 4 hotplates ceran stove, combined microwave with an oven and grill, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and table for 4 people. The colours of the house harmonize.
The big bedroom with double bed, separate mattresses (2x90x200) is harmoniously furnished.

The partly covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers is ideal to end your day slowly.
