Property description
The family-run finca lies in a quiet location between Puerto de la Cruz and Icod de los Vinos. The property of ca. 5000 m² is divided into 3 levels: On the top level is the main house with 3 holiday flats. On the one in the middle, there are 2 garden holiday flats and a bungalow. On the lower level are 2 semi-detached bungalows.
The finca has a shared pool (1,80m tief), a jacuzzi and a sun deck with sun loungers and BBQ.
You have W-LAN on the whole finca.
After a 20 min walk, you are at the sea with steep coast where you can go fishing or swimming.
Jacuzzi: €3.50/day in use for the heating (35°). The use without heated water is for free.

The garden holiday flat is on the level in the middle. It has 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen unit, bathroom and a private terrace with garden.
The living/dining room has convertible couch, TV with sat-TV, stereo.
The kitchen unit contains kitchen cupboard, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, mixer etc.
The separate bedroom has double bed (180x200cm) and wardrobe. Bedlinen, towels, bath and tea towels are there in sufficient quantities.
From the big, roofed terrace, you have a view of the garden with BBQ.
