The total 20,000sqm large country house with vineyard and in-house bodega and many beautiful fruit trees is located in La Matanza, on the idyllic north coast of Tenerife.
From the estate (pool etc.) as well as from your holiday home you can enjoy a great panoramic view of the north coast and the Teide and of course the sea.
On the farm is a large pool (8.5 x 3.5 m) with a sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols. In addition, an outdoor shower, a covered outdoor shower and a toilet.
The saltwater pool with ecological cleaning is heated in winter.
There is a separate BBQ area and Wi-Fi everywhere.
The owners produce their own wine and like to show their own Bodega for convivial wine tastings.
The municipality of La Matanza and the area around La Matanza de Acentejo is considered excellent agricultural area, especially bananas and wine. Small secluded bays to protected coastal areas provide relaxation and swimming fun.
