Tenerife - romantic finca in the south - house 3

The romantic finca with fantastic view of the sea and the mountains situated 800 metres above sea level, in a small mountain village, near “Guia de Isora”.
There are 5 detached original Canarian houses on the southern slope. The finca is in an idyllic location, away from mass tourism and perfect for natural lovers. Each house is positioned in such a way, that they leave each other enough space.
On the estate there is also a rock cave which is today a wine bodega and probably used to be the home of the Guanches. If you are interested, it can be opened with service.
The site is park-like (8000sqm), with a nice pool area, Jacuzzi (38°C), sauna and natural landscape.

The holiday home 3 (country farmhouse style with about 65sqm) has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen house, 3 bathrooms, patio with 22 sqm and a roof terrace with 40 sqm. In this holiday house, the old charme of the former farmhouse remained intact.

The nice, little kitchen house was left in its original farmhouse style, with modern comfort, such as a fridge, ceran stove, combined microwave, toaster, sink, coffee machine, fruit press and a kettle. Next to the kitchen house there is the beautiful patio with a dining table and old vines.
The living room flooded with light, is furnished with another dining place for 4-6 people, comfortable furniture to relax and a satellite TV.
The two big bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each, and both have direct access to their own bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and bidet, as well as make-up mirror, bathrobes and hair dryer.
Directly next to the entrance, there is the roofed patio with spacious and comfortable seating. A place, where you can relax and leave the daily stress behind you.
From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view over the surrounding area, up to the cliff of Los Gigantes, the sea and, in clear weather, even up to the island La Gomera. Under the pergola, there is a wooden table for 8 people, which invites you to sit together until late evening. The sun loungers at the pool are perfect for those who just want to enjoy the view and the sun, or read a nice book.
Towels, bath towels, dish towels and bedlinen are available.
The finca offers a common swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi with permanent 38°C hot water, sun terraces with sun loungers and a covered reading place. There are also walk paths with benches and a nice bodega where you can also spend your time.
