Property description
In a small mountain village, 800m above sea level, near “Guia de Isora“, lies this romantic finca with wonderful sea and mountain view on the sunny west side of the island Tenerife. There are 6 houses on a southern slope, 5 of them are detached original Canarian houses and 1 one of them is a new building. “Wonderful for nature lovers” – away from mass tourism in an idyllic, unique location.
All 6 houses are sitated in a way that each one has enough free space.
On the premises, there is also a rock cave which probably used to be a residence of the Guanches. Nowadays, it’s a comfortable wine bodega and meeting place. If you are interested, the bodega can be placed at your disposal and is even opened with service.
The whole area presents itself as a park of 8000m² with a wonderful pool area, jacuzzi (38°), sauna and beautiful landscape full of flowers.
Equipment
The detached house (50m²) lies directly on a mountain slope and offers a fantastic mountain view. Located eastwards, the bedroom with a double bed makes you wake up by sunrise. Through the bedroom you get to the bathroom with toilet, shower, washstand and floor heating.
In the brightly furnished kitchen-living-room you will find a satellite TV, a dining table for 4 people, sofa bed as well as the kitchen unit includig a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, coffee machine, hand-held blender and a fruit press. Moreover existing in this house: CD player, internet and radio. Towels, bath towels, tea towels and bedlinen are there in sufficient quantities.
The finca offers pool, sauna and jacuzzi (38°), sun terrace with sun loungers and a covered place to read, at the disposal of all guests, paths with benches and a wonderful bodega.
